A defined-fee philosophy
Know the scope before the work begins.
Having experienced the uncertainty of hourly legal billing as a client, Kimberly believes clients should feel welcome to ask questions, share context, and understand the work being performed.
Negotiated flat-fee engagements
Where appropriate, Kimberly offers legal services through a negotiated scope of work and flat fee. The matter, objectives, complexity, desired result, included services, costs, and payment terms are discussed before representation begins.
A flat-fee arrangement is not available or appropriate for every matter. No fee arrangement or attorney-client relationship is established until the parties sign an engagement agreement. Additional fees and costs, if any, will be disclosed in that agreement.
