- $10 per notarization for acknowledgments, oaths or affirmations, jurats, and attested copies (Fla. Stat. § 117.05(2)(a))
$25 per online notarial act (Fla. Stat. § 117.275) - Remote Online
- Florida Remote Online Notary (RON). A Remote Online Notary is a traditional Notary Public who performs notarizations for signers using audio-visual technology, with identity verification and tamper-evident digital tools. Documents can be notarized without the signer being physically present with the notary.

Having been a client myself subject to hourly billing while forced to litigate aspects of my late husband’s estate (and therefore my life and assets too), I found myself hesitating to ask my legal counsel questions, or to add my perspective and applicable details I knew better than anyone having lived the alleged issues. I would hear “ching, ching” ring in my mind before I even spoke a word to my attorney. I do not want that distress for my clients.
I welcome client input and insight. My legal services necessarily include keeping my clients educated and updated. Providing legal services on a negotiated flat-fee basis allows me to remain results-focused, rather than consumed by hourly billing requirements.

Flat fees are not available or appropriate for every matter. No fee arrangement or attorney-client relationship is established until a written engagement agreement is signed. Additional fees and costs, if any, will be disclosed in that agreement.
